We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the product so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Luxury Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Any shipping issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.
