All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

If an item you requested is not currently in stock and needs to be ordered, please understand that some products are sourced overseas and may take up to 10 days to arrive before shipping to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Luxury Peptides is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Luxury Peptides is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. Any issues with delivery should be addressed directly with the shipping provider using the tracking number provided.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
